This practical, hands-on course provides participants with the essential skills and confidence to act effectively in the critical first minutes until professional medical help arrives. Course Content

Basic First Aid Training
This is a highly practical, participant-centered course. The majority of the time is spent in hands-on skill practice using manikins for CPR, AED trainers, and bandages/splints for injury management. Scenarios and simulations are used to build confidence and competence.
